SHIPPING METHODS

All orders may require 24 hours processing time before shipping.

No deliveries will be made on Fridays.

WOW.QA does not guarantee same-day shipping.

International shipping options are not available at this time.

WOW.QA will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of Qatar.

This shipping/delivery method is available only for Qatar.

ORDERS

• Placing An Order: Orders can be placed online or by telephone. Ensure all personal data is accurate before submitting.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours if items are in stock.
• Order Acceptance Policy: Order confirmation does not signify acceptance. WOW.QA may accept or decline orders at any time.
• Order Acknowledgement: You will receive order status updates via email or by logging into your account.
• Change Orders: Changes may be requested before an order is processed and charged.
• Cancel Orders: Orders can be cancelled before processing and Delivery.

PAYMENT

WOW.QA accepts COD (“Cash on Delivery”) and Online (Visa, Debit, Master, Credit) Card Payment within Qatar. We implement security measures to protect transactions but are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access.

WOW.QA reserves the right to refuse a delivery or honor an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. WOW.QA also reserves the right to take any necessary steps, including legal action, in the case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.

INVOICE

An invoice is included with each delivered order. Digital and hard copies are stored in WOW.QA's database.

DISPUTES

Disputes shall be settled through negotiation for 30 days. Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Doha International Financial Centre - London Court of International Arbitration.

WOW.QA's liability is limited to the purchase price of products sold. We are not liable for third-party claims, damages, or service interruptions.

GOVERNING LAW

This User Agreement is governed by Qatar law. This agreement remains valid even after termination.

PRE ORDER

• Pre-order allows you to order a product before its official launch date.
• Delivery: We aim to deliver pre-ordered products on the launch date, subject to availability. Delivery charges may apply, and dates are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Full payment is required in advance to confirm your pre-order on wow.qa website. You can cancel up to 3 Hours before delivery/shipment.
• Voucher Code: Ensure to enter the Voucher Code to apply discounts correctly.
